I like to start my day with a good run, and I try my best to work out 3 to 4 times a week. Also, I really try not to eat junk food, but because I try to avoid "bad foods", sometimes I overindulge at parties or family gatherings. For example, we went to a super bowl party, and I feel like I ate too much snacky type-foods, that I usually don't eat.
And then for the last two days, I've been picking away and eating things that I shouldn't eat. Anyhow, it's time to get back on track 'cause spring is right around the corner. And Spring pops up in St. Louis so much faster than the east coast, so I gotta get my mind right! I'm writing this blog to re-commit and re-focus my attention on my health and physical fitness.
Honestly. I am passionate about eating a healthy diet because I really see the impact it has on my mood stability and overall energy. I find that when I am fueling my body with the best foods (plenty of fruits and veggies & lean protein), i'm able to work as hard as I want to work, and little inconveniences don't get me down. I feel strong, invincible, and full of positive energy. So, join me on this health mission, and let's eat right and work out!!
